Thetreegeek.com makes any exchanges or returns as painless as possible. Let’s walk through our procedures:
I ordered it, but I don’t want or need it.
If you order a product and decide you don’t want it, if it’s not opened, it can be sent back to us in it’s original packaging within 45 days of the original purchase date. You are responsible for the cost to send it back to us. We’ll refund you in full for the cost of the product, minus our internal shipping and handling fees we incurred for sending it to you, and a 30% restocking fee. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping returns.
What if I opened a product?
We cannot accept opened products, and ask that you act responsibly when handling disposal of the opened product according to the product label. Please contact us with any concerns regarding handling opened product and disposal.
My order was wrong.
If the error on the order was on our end, we apologize, although we are super awesome tree geeks, we are human, and sometimes things happen. Whether it was the wrong quantity, wrong product, or wrong size; if it’s a mistake on our end, no worries. We’ll take it back and get you the correct item(s) on our own dime. Simply email: email@example.com and we’ll send out a return tag for you to slap on the original box. That package can be dropped off at your local post or we can have UPS arrange for a pick-up when it’s ready.
Can I return hazardous materials?
For legal reasons, hazardous materials cannot be returned. These items include: Pinetect, Up-Star EC TT&O, Lucid, and Aracinate.
